Baylor Scott & White Health in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Seasonal Registered Nurse to align with our nursing model, manage patient care, and develop care plans for stable to critically ill patients during night shifts. You will assess, monitor progress, and help patients navigate the healthcare system.

Your experience in nursing and NICU settings will guide evidence-based care, with focus on safety, patient comfort, and effective communication with families and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience.
• 1 year of Level II NICU experience required.
• A valid Registered Nurse license.
• The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Shift

• Shift: NIGHTS (3) 12 hour - 7pm-7am
• 3 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Saturday or Sunday)
• 1 Major and 1 Minor Holiday

As a Seasonal RN, you align with our nursing model, manage patient care, evaluate, recognize, create, implement care plans. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment.
