Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Seasonal RN in Fort Worth, TX for day shifts (12 hours, 7am–7pm) with weekends and holidays as part of the schedule. The role emphasizes patient care, care plan development, and coordination within our nursing model.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, and creating a safe environment for patients and families. A valid RN license and BLS within 30 days are required. Benefits and PTO start on Day 1.

Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience.
• 1 year of Level II NICU experience required.
• A valid Registered Nurse license.
• The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.

• Conduct thorough assessments using clinical judgment and practice standards.
• Identify needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans; adjust as needed.

Job Summary

As a Seasonal RN, you align with our nursing model, manage patient care, evaluate, recognize, create, implement care plans. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment.
