Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an RN for Wentworth-Douglass Hospital to interpret medical care plans, assess nursing decisions, and ensure safe, competent patient care. You will provide individualized nursing care, evaluate outcomes, and coordinate with the healthcare team to adjust plans as needed.

The role requires 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience, an RN license in the state, and BLS. A sign-on bonus is offered for eligible applicants, with a wage range based on experience and site policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license in state required.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS preferred.
