Role Summary: The RN acts as a leader in patient care, utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, ensuring quality outcomes, respecting diversity, and supporting strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Licenses & Certifications: Current RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area.

• Proficiency with computers and web-based applications.
