HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville is seeking a dynamic NICU RN to join our Night shift team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support neonates and families.

The role requires Florida RN license, BLS, NRP, and at least 1 year of NICU experience; BSN preferred. You will conduct autonomous assessments and contribute to plans of care in a high-acuity setting.

Competenze

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
• 1 year of RN experience in NICU is preferred
• 1 year RN experience is required.
• BSN is preferred
• BLS and NRP-Neonatal (AHA Healthcare provider) required

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic NICU RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
