Role Overview:

Provides expert nursing care in the NICU and Women & Infants units, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Delivers direct patient care, models proficiency through precepting new staff, and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care. Supports specialty education and training to ensure competency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship. BLS certification is mandatory. Ability to work night shifts is preferred.
