Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our NICU Neonatal Care department, delivering direct patient care in a fast-paced, evidence-based environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for vulnerable newborns.

The ideal candidate will hold Colorado RN licensure with a BSN (or higher), have a valid BLS certification, and at least 6 months of NICU experience, with a commitment to ongoing education and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing with the state of Colorado.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross, valid through hire.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience in NICU or analogous unit.

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Prioritize patient safety, wellness, and quality outcomes.
• Model proficiency through precepting and supporting new staff.

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Prioritize patient safety, wellness, and quality outcomes.
• Model proficiency through precepting and supporting new staff.
• Adhere to standards such as AWHONN and AACN, including certifications like RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN.
• Contribute to a secure safety environment and participate in ongoing education and competency validation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board.
• Current RN licensure and at least 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
