Job summary

PeaceHealth in Vancouver, WA is seeking a registered nurse for the Level III NICU on a 0.6 FTE night shift. You will join an interdisciplinary team to deliver family-centered, high-quality care to the newborn population.

The role requires NICU experience, BLS, NRP within 6 months, and WA/MHN license; it is represented by a collective bargaining agreement and offers a comprehensive benefits package and night differentials.

Qualifications

• 2 years NICU RN experience within the last 5 years.
• 3+ years neonatal nursing in a Level III NICU preferred.
• Active WA/MSL RN license required.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• NRP certification required within 6 months of hire.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of NICU patients.

The Opportunity: RN – NICU (0.6 FTE, Nights)

Our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Vancouver, Washington is seeking skilled, passionate Registered Nurses committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered care. In this full-time night shift role, you’ll join an interdisciplinary team that values humility, respect, and shared purpose.

This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly range: $56.92– $86.09
Hiring rate depends on terms in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

What you bring:

• 2 years of NICU RN experience gained within the last 5 years is required.
• 3+ years of neonatal nursing in a Level III NICU is preferred.
• Active WA/MSL Registered Nurse license required.
• Basic Life Support – upon hire required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required within 6 months of hire).
