Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) and will complete RRMC's Nurse Residency post-hire; Vermont RN licensure and BLS through AHA are required,

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• New Grad Nurses must successfully complete the RRMC Nurse Residency Program; post-hire participation.
• Prior related nursing experience preferred.

• Collaborate with patient, family and care team to achieve best outcomes.
• Prioritize and reassess care based on patient condition and unit guidelines.
