New Graduate RN Residency in Medical‑Surgical (36 hours, Perm Night or Day‑Night Rotating). The program offers individualized education with preceptors and Nursing Professional Development Specialists over 6 months with mentorship and experiential learning.
Preferred candidate: graduated within 12 months. Responsibilities include nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care across the continuum. The registered nurse is accountable for clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal outcomes and reports to the Unit Nurse Director.
