Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care on a shift with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in councils and Nursing Quality Teams to improve care and safety.
• Mentor new graduate nurses and welcome feedback for practice improvement.
• Document thoroughly to NGHS standards and support patient experience.
