Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Preferred licensure/certifications: BSN.

Responsibilities

• Lead care team and adapt to change.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds to ensure appropriate care and transitions.
• Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality practices.
• Support unit-based governance and Continuous Improvement efforts.
