• Graduated from an accredited nursing program unless otherwise approved by the Nursing Executive Council (NEC).

Responsibilities

• New grad RN will be precepted by a supervising RN on the unit.
• Provide safe cost-effective care to patients under nursing standards and use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
