Select Specialty Hospital - Nashville West is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift in Nashville, TN. Compensation starts at $40.00/hour plus shift differentials, with a $12,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physician and preceptor to implement assessment plans and care plans.
• Initiate ongoing systematic assessments of patient needs across physical, emotional, social, educational and functional domains.
• Develop nursing care plans including diagnoses, orders, interventions, goals and discharge planning.
• Participate as a team member in rehabilitation goals evaluation and planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in medical records.
