Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse for night shifts in Milwaukee, WI. A $41.00/hour compensation and a $15,000 sign-on bonus accompany a structured 10–13 week orientation with a dedicated preceptor.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physician and preceptor to implement assessment plans and care for the patient population.
• Perform ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
• Develop nursing care plans with diagnoses, orders, interventions and discharge planning.
• Participate as a team member in rehabilitation goals and interdisciplinary plan.
• Ensure medical records are complete, accurate and timely.
