Aufgaben

• Implement the assessment plan, evaluation and follow‑up of the plan of care for the patient population in collaboration with the physician.
• Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
• Develop a nursing care plan with problem identification, nursing orders, interventions, goals and discharge planning.
• Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in rehabilitation goal planning and evaluation.
• Ensure that medical records are complete, accurate and timely.
