Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Long Term Acute Care in Willingboro, NJ. This full-time position offers a Day shift (7:00 am–7:30 pm) with an hourly compensation range of $49.00 to $66.60, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Experience-based shift differentials apply. The facility is part of Select Specialty Hospital – Willingboro, a 69-bed unit delivering inpatient post-ICU care with extensive nurse growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS required at hire
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit
• Initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Timely and accurate documentation in appropriate systems
• Interpret labs and telemetry data
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed accurately
• Respond to Rapid Response and code events
• Counsel patients and families
• Perform other duties as assigned
