BAYADA Home Health Care offers a Nurse Residency Program designed for nursing graduates who have passed or will soon pass the NCLEX in the United States. The program is the only paid, new graduate residency in home health care to earn ANCC accreditation.
Participants receive paid training and shadowing, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling after completing the 6-week training. Caseload placement is near home with 24/7 clinical support.
