Horizon Home Care and Hospice is seeking an RN for a full-time role in Wisconsin. The program emphasizes a seamless transition from school to practice with a robust Nurse Residency and in-field shadowing with current nurses.

Qualifications

• Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current WI RN license.
• A passion for making a difference in the life of others.
• Basic experience in patient care, nursing fundamentals, and EHR.
• Current/Valid WI Driver's License; reliable/insured vehicle.

Your orientation will include 2 weeks of in-office education with an introduction, then transitioning to 4 weeks of precepting directly in your territory. Our Nurse Residency program is continued education and support for your entire first year of employment meeting once a month giving you further insight into the areas of: Evidence-Based Practice, Patient-Centered Care, Teamwork & Collaboration, Wellness, Infection Control, Patient Safety, Quality Improvement, Patient-Centered Care: End of Life, Informatics and Critical Thinking.
