Mercy is seeking nurses for the 6D Neuro Trauma Intermediate PCU in Springfield, MO. The roleDeliver compassionate, high-acuity care to post-operative trauma and stroke patients in a 16-bed unit, with opportunities to cross-train and advance through ICU tracks.

Must have RN licensure and BLS, with new grad and experienced nurse sign-on options and relocation support. Benefit-rich environment with tuition assistance, loan forgiveness programs, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure required.
• BLS certification or successful completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights/confidentiality.
• Deliver compassionate care in a busy, team-oriented environment and adhere to Mercy standards.
