Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Neuro Stepdown unit on a full-time day shift (7:00 am–7:30 pm) in Fairview Heights, IL. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with other departments, and safeguard patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
