Mercy is seeking an RN for Neuro Stepdown on FT Days in Florissant, MO. Roles include leveraging the nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinating with departments, and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. 3x12s, 7:00am–7:30pm, with generous bonuses for new graduates and experienced nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure per state requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
