Mayo Clinic seeks a registered nurse to coordinate care, educate patients and families, and support transitions across care settings. The RN will work within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model to plan, implement, and evaluate care while leading in precepting and quality improvement efforts.

Applicants must hold an RN license and BLS, have strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills, and be able to work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Student or Graduate of a nursing program.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer skills and EMR experience preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing care and educate patients and families.
• Provide leadership within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model.
• Delegate patient care based on skill, acuity, and resources.
• Possibly drive a personal vehicle as part of the role.
