Mayo Clinic is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient education, and manage transitions of care. The RN supports professional practice across settings and aligns with Mayo Clinic's Nursing Practice Model.

This role requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and adaptability to flexible hours, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends. The position offers a competitive compensation package and TN sponsorship where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work in a team environment.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities; comfortable taking on informal leadership roles.
• Competency in using electronic medical record systems and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités
