Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years clinical nursing experience required or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure in state or compact state.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Document assessments and changes; report condition shifts.
• Administer prescribed meds and monitor effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
