Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health’s Garden Level Med/Surg unit is seeking an RN to deliver patient-centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patients, and help drive positive outcomes.

In this role you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, use evidence-based practices to improve outcomes, maintain safety, and be flexible across units as needed. RN license in the applicable state and BLS are required; BSN is preferred. Join our team and contribute to redefining care.

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state is required.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
• BSN preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care for short-term monitoring and evaluation.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patient and family engagement.
• Use evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
• Identify risks and maintain a safe care environment.
• Float to other units as needed and adapt to changing needs.
