Job Summary

We are currently seeking a full time RN for the Neurosciences ICU at MGH. If you have experience working with neuro patients, this could be an opportunity for you. BSN Preferred Neuro and critical care experience are preferred, but candidates with experience in general acute care and demonstrating a strong interest in the neuroscience specialty will also be considered

• You will be caring for critically ill patients who have a variety of neurological diagnoses including stroke, brain hemorrhage, brain or back surgery, heal trauma or spinal cord injury
• 22 bed unit, adult population

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
