The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with residents and families, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Qualifications include graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program and holding an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Maintains required competencies and certifications.
