Qualifications

• Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and coordination.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and execute patient care plans.
• Advise patients and families on care options, resources, and transitions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
