PruittHealth in Columbia, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse Navigator for a full-time, Monday–Friday role with hours 8:30am–5:00pm to coordinate care for residents. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state with at least 3 years of professional nursing experience.
