Job summary

Prevea Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in a multi-specialty clinic setting. The RN will perform assessments, coordinate care, and support patient education to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Collaborating with physicians and clinic staff, the RN will promote efficient workflows, accurate documentation, and a positive patient experience. Wisconsin RN license and BLS certification are required, with ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Nursing program Required
• BSN from an accredited Nursing program Preferred
• Current Wisconsin RN license or compact equivalent; CPR/BLS required

Responsibilities

• Performs timely and accurate patient assessments across a variety of clinical situations, in person or via channels.
• Provides comprehensive nursing care including rooming, vitals, medications, vaccines, procedures and patient comfort.
• Responds to questions and coordinates care plans, referrals, and follow-up as per practice standards.
• Maintains high-quality EMR documentation and adheres to regulatory and infection control requirements.
• Collaborates with physicians, APPs, medical assistants and team members to support clinic operations.
• Adapts to fluctuating patient volumes and ensures safe clinical environment and reliable care.
