Job summary

Prevea Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive clinical care in a multi-specialty clinic setting in Wisconsin. The RN will assess patients, coordinate care, and support providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role involves patient education, care coordination, and maintaining documentation per policy. Wisconsin RN licensure and CPR/BLS are required, with additional certifications possible depending on the specialty area.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license (or compact equivalent).
• CPR/BLS Certification-Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from an approved program. Upon Hire Required
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) may be required depending on specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate patient assessments across clinical situations, in-person or via patient channels, escalating urgent concerns.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care: rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering meds/vaccines, assisting with procedures, and supporting visits.
• Respond to patient questions and symptoms via calls/messages; educate patients and coordinate care plans and referrals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR, adhering to regulatory standards and privacy.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to support coordinated workflows and efficient clinic operations.
• Assist in adapting to fluctuating patient volumes and maintain supplies and a safe clinical environment.
