Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state where services are provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; hands-on training.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the RN scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate nursing care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and other tasks as ordered.
• Check and record vital signs, glucose, weight, and other tests on-site.
• Triage and assess illness severity at sick calls.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA practices.
