Qualifications

• Completed education as a Registered Nurse.
• Minnesota RN licensure (or eligibility).

• Conducts comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
• Develops and individualizes patient-centered care plans based on assessment findings.
• Sets measurable patient goals and outcomes.
• Administers medications safely and accurately per physician orders.
• Performs skilled nursing procedures and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitors and interprets vital signs, labs, and diagnostic test results.

• Conducts comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs
• Develops and individualizes patient-centered care plans based on assessment findings, physician orders, and evidence-based practice
• Sets measurable patient goals and outcomes
• Administers medications safely and accurately via various routes, including oral, intravenous, subcutaneous, and intramuscular, according to physician orders and hospital policy
• Performs skilled nursing procedures, treatments, and interventions as prescribed (e.g., wound care, IV insertion, catheterization, ventilator management oversight)
• Monitors and interprets patient vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic test findings, taking appropriate action

Required

• Completed education as a Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse: MN
• Basic Life Support - CPR

Preferred

• Previous hospital experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Trauma Nurse Core Course
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Pay Range

$40.15 - $54.55 /hour
