Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for an In-Office | Tuscaloosa, AL contract role in a float pool. Must float to all acute areas including Northport, with 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts. Every other weekend and holidays required.

Associate degree in nursing with AHA BLS/ACLS certifications and Alabama or Compact licensure are mandatory. Position may be 36 or 48 hours per week, with early starts available if compliant.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a nursing specialty; or 18 months with supervision and one year in the specialty.
• In-Office float pool duties require adaptability across acute care units.
• Nursing license required for Alabama or Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Float to all acute units and the Northport location as needed.
• Work nights; start at 7:00 PM and end at 7:00 AM.
• Commitment to every other weekend and holidays as required.

• Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact license (No Temp Licenses' accepted)

Experience Required: 2years

• 2 years’ experience overall in specialty ; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty.
