Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse for the MS/TELE Float Pool position in Tuscaloosa, AL. This contract role requires floating to different units and providing nighttime care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a relevant nursing degree, and certifications, and at least 2 years of practice in a specialty.

This is a clinical role with a contract duration of 13 weeks offering guaranteed hours and a solid navy dress code. Applicants must be willing to work holidays and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience overall in specialty preferred, with 1 year of recent experience.
• Must have AHA BLS certification.
• Must be a Registered Nurse in Alabama or hold a Compact license.

Responsibilities

• Float to different units/hospitals as needed.
• Provide care to patients during the night shift.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Position Description

MS/TELE FLOAT POOL. Must be willing to float to other units/hospitals. Holidays as required. Every other weekend. Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week. Early starts available if compliant.

Education – Required

• Associated degree in nursing

Certifications – Required

• AHA BLS
• OR RED CROSS

Licenses – Required

• Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact license (No Temp Licenses accepted)
• NURSYS

Experience – Required

• 2 years’ experience overall in specialty; however, will consider 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty.
