Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Tuscaloosa, AL seeks an RN for the MS/Tele Float Pool nights. The role requires floating to other units/hospitals and works 36 hours weekly with 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts.

Eligible candidates hold an associate degree in nursing, Alabama RN or Compact license, and BLS. Prior Med-Surg/Telemetry experience is preferred, with flexibility for holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Active Alabama RN license or Compact license; no temporary licenses accepted.
• AHA BLS or Red Cross certification required.
• 2 years of nursing experience overall in the specialty; will consider 18 months with highest licensure and 1 year in the field.

Responsibilities

• Float to other units/hospitals as needed.
• Provide direct patient care in Telemetry/Med-Surg settings.
• Be available for holidays and every other weekend coverage.

MS/TELE FLOAT POOL

Must be willing to float to other units/hospitals.

HOLIDAYS AS REQUIRED.

EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.

Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week.

EARLY STARTS AVAILABLE if compliant.

Education - Required

* Associated degree in nursing

Certifications - Required

* AHA BLS

* OR RED CROSS

Licenses - Required

* Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact license (No Temp Licenses' accepted)

Experience - Required:

* 2 years' experience overall in specialty ; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty.
