The Registered Nurse will float between various medical units. Ratios will be 1:5-6 for days and weekends, and 1:6 for nights. Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum are required. Holiday rotation obligation is also part of the responsibilities.
Certifications include BCLS and ACLS, with IV start and telemetry required. Floating will occur within the scope of the facility needs. Training for lift devices, ceiling lifts, and bladder scanners will be provided.
