Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for MS Tele in the Lebanon, PA area. This 13-week night shift contract features 12-hour shifts with flexible weekends and the opportunity to float among Med-Surg floors, including rehab units. You will deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic telemetry unit.

The role requires ACLS/BLS certifications, an active RN license, and Epic experience. Candidate must be willing to work two major holidays if needed; strong teamwork and critical

Description:Interviews cannot be guaranteed and scheduling requests cannot be accommodated.Schedule requirements include night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with weekends as needed, likely every other weekend.Travelers will be expected to work two of the three upcoming major holidays.If the contract falls over only two holidays, the traveler will be expected to work one of two holidays.Requests for more than one holiday off cannot be accommodated.Candidates will be reviewed to determine clinical fit.If clinically suitable and within guidelines, candidates will be sent for the final decision.Manager will conduct interviews.Candidates may care for COVID patients.Facility is tobacco and fragrance-free.Daily patient census is 25-30, with patient ratios typically being 6:1.The unit may care for occasional stable open heart surgery patients transferred from ICU.Special equipment may include virtual nursing and virtual sitters.The focus will be on providing quality care in a supportive team environment.Various interdisciplinary support services are available to assist the staff and patients.Key procedures involve managing various patient diagnoses, including cardiovascular and orthopedic conditions.Candidates should possess skill in accessing and managing ports, interpreting dysrhythmias, and wound care among other nursing competencies.Flexibility and a commitment to teamwork are essential for success in this role.
