Description:The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient and family support and nursing care within their full scope of practice.

This will include participation in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and services for patients, families, and the community.

Responsibilities will include the observation, data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient's physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs as guided by an individualized and ongoing plan of care.

The RN will work collaboratively as a member of the interdisciplinary team.

Availability to work on Christmas Eve into Christmas Day is required.

This unit primarily takes surgical patients.

Surgical patients may include joint replacements, hip fractures, open abdominal surgeries, and neck and back surgeries.
