Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an experienced RN for Medical-Surgical (MS) in Hastings, MN. This 13-week assignment requires night shifts, 12-hour shifts, and a strong ability to manage acuity with patient ratios of 5. Weekend availability is required.

Applicants must hold an active RN license and ACLS/BLS. Charge nurse experience and Epic charting proficiency are required. Travelers receive a pre-start module stipend; on-site training is billable. Weekend shifts and holiday coverage may be needed.

Description:Charge experience is required.First-time travelers are not accepted.Weekend availability is required for at least 2-3 weekends out of 6.One holiday shift is required.No on-call requirement.Clinicians will float within their scope to meet facility needs.Block schedules are not accommodated.Travelers outside a 100-mile radius are not accepted.Must have active compliance without open cases.One supervisor reference is required prior to submission.Candidates may float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.Refer to job details for specific charting and experience requirements.Compliance with local and state requirements including fingerprinting is necessary.All candidates must be aware of the background policy.Travelers receive a stipend for completing pre-start modules.All onsite modules are billable.Patients in this unit typically include adults and geriatrics.The daily census is approximately 15 patients.The unit has a total of 20 beds.Common patient diagnoses include sepsis, DKA, pneumonia, and various cardiac diseases.This unit manages cardiac monitoring and utilizes various special equipment.Candidates will also be involved in the management of drips and telemetry.
