Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care using the nursing process in a dynamic clinical setting. The role requires adherence to nursing standards and a focus on patient-centered care across developmental age groups.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, discharge planning, and coordinating care while supervising staff and delegating tasks appropriately.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS (AHA or ARC) required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering.
• PALS required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering.
• NRP Advanced Provider required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering.
• BSN highly preferred.
