Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Registered Nurse with postpartum experience for a 13-week travel assignment in a high-acuity Level I trauma facility in Tucson, AZ.

The shift runs 7:00 PM–7:30 AM with 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed; cancellations may occur. Candidates must have 24 months postpartum experience, active RN license, BLS and NRP, and a valid driver's license for residency verification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of postpartum nursing experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Active RN license with no disciplinary actions.
• Current BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Current NRP certification from an approved vendor.
• Driver's license for residency verification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the postpartum unit.
• Provide education and support to new mothers and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments and interventions.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of postpartum experience in a high acuity level I trauma facility. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and skills in providing care to postpartum patients and must have recent travel experience to be considered.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the postpartum unit.
• Provide education and support to new mothers and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
