BaylorScott & White Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit at the Frisco facility. You will oversee patient care, develop care plans, and educate families in a fast-paced setting.
The role requires at least 2 years in RN Mother Baby and an active Texas nursing license, with opportunities to grow within a large nonprofit health system. Expect nights on a three 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare. Help patients and prevent issues. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
