Job summary

Integra Vascular LLC seeks a Mobile Vascular Site Manager, RN to oversee procedural day operations across our Office-Based Labs in Florida. The role ensures sites are prepared, staffed, supplied, and compliant while maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical coordination.

You will travel regularly between Winter Park and Tampa, supervising multi-site teams, collaborating with physicians and executives, and driving workflow optimization, safety, and patient experience in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical management, procedural, surgical, or ambulatory care experience.
• Experience in an Office-Based Lab (OBL), ASC, Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, Cath Lab, or procedural setting preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage procedural day workflow within the OBL environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff for operational readiness and patient flow.
• Monitor patient turnaround times and optimize procedural efficiency.
• Maintain organized, stocked, and procedure-ready rooms and spaces.
• Assist in ensuring equipment, supplies, and medications are available.
• Lead and coordinate with scheduling, HR, and executives to support operations.
