Integra Vascular LLC is seeking a Mobile Vascular Site Manager, RN to oversee day-to-day procedural operations across Winter Park and Tampa OBLs. You will coordinate clinical staff, physicians, scheduling, HR, and leadership to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of clinical management in procedural settings, strong leadership, and proficiency with EMR systems. Travel between Orlando-area sites is required.

Competenze

• Three (3) years of clinical management, procedural, surgical, or ambulatory care experience.
• Experience in Office-Based Lab (OBL), Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, Cath Lab, or procedural environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced procedural setting.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, inventory tracking, and operational coordination.

• Oversee and manage procedural day workflow within the OBL environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure readiness and efficient patient movement.
• Monitor patient turnaround times and assist in optimizing procedural efficiency.
• Ensure treatment rooms, recovery areas, and spaces remain organized and procedure-ready.
• Verify supplies, equipment, medications, and materials are available prior to days.
• Maintain a positive, patient-centered clinical environment.
• Act as liaison between OBL staff and Executive Leadership.
• Assist HR with attendance, timekeeping, and operational accountability.
