Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Marble Falls, TX is seeking a Manager of Nursing in Labor & Delivery. You will lead a team of RNs, promote evidence-based nursing practices, and ensure a nurturing environment for mothers and infants.

Responsibilities include planning, policy formation, resource allocation, educational program design, and collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant nursing experience is desired.
• Licensed RN with active licensure required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of starting the job.
