Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Rhode Island RN license.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer methadone and other prescribed medications per treatment plans.
• Conduct ongoing health assessments to identify medical needs and barriers to recovery.
• Evaluate patient readiness for dosing and provide timely clinical follow-up.
• Coordinate care with pharmacies, labs, physicians, and community providers.
• Collaborate with counselors and the interdisciplinary care team to support recovery.
