Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong Med/Surg background for a Critical Access Hospital assignment in New Hampshire. You will supervise the nursing team during the 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM 3x12 hour night shifts, float to the Emergency Department as needed, and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements include minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing, prior charge experience, active BLS, ACLS, and PALS, a valid RN license (BSN preferred), and

• Minimum of 2 years current Med/Surg nursing experience.
• Previous charge experience is required.
• Experience in a Critical Access Hospital is highly preferred.
• Active American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• A valid RN license is mandatory.
• BSN is highly preferred.
• All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of submission.

Schedule

This position involves working 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 3x12 hour night shift schedule, totaling 36 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Med/Surg nursing and experience in a Critical Access Hospital. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and must be prepared to float to the Emergency Department (ED) as needed.

Responsibilities
