Job summary

Apex Home Health is seeking a dedicated RN to join a fast-paced Med-Surg team providing comprehensive care to adults with orthopedic, surgical, cardiac, and complex conditions. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while upholding standards of practice and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

The role supports float assignments across departments to meet patient needs. Current GA RN licensure and BCLS are required; new graduates are welcome, with preference for

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates eligible
• RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure required
• Current BCLS certification required
• Preferred: hospital experience and advanced certifications in specialty areas
